What we collect. Account details (name, email), authentication data, and product usage needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
Email & consent. We send transactional email required to operate your account, and — only with your explicit opt-in — product updates. Every non-transactional email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can manage all categories in your account settings.
Service providers. Email is delivered through Amazon SES. Delivery, bounce, and complaint events are processed solely to protect deliverability and honour opt-outs.
Retention & rights. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your data at privacy@clode.io.

Acceptable use. Clode is provided for lawful automation and agent workloads. You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or abusive content.
Your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security or deliverability.
Availability. We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account holders. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
